Shipping policy

**Please note, due to current conditions, we are no longer shipping any packages to the United States. Shipping to other countries is still in effect (Japan, Australia/NZ, Most of Europe). Contact info@baytacklesupply.ca with any questions**

Free shipping* is available to residents of Ontario and Quebec with any** online purchase of $149 or more before taxes and after discounts, if any, are applied.

*Additional fees will apply on over sized/bulky items, rods and remote areas.

*Standard parcel delivery only (2 to 8 business days) by Canada Post. Orders in other provinces will be subject to Canada Post standard delivery fee.

 Flat Rate Shipping of $10 is available to residents of Ontario and Quebec with any online purchase of $99 or more before taxes and after discounts, if any, are applied. 

Rod Shipping** Flat Fee of $40 in Ontario and $60 in rest of Canada. Additional fees will apply for remote locations, we will contact you to arrange payment if you are shipping to a remote location. If address does not allow shipping, please reach out to info@baytacklesupply.ca .

For all orders made and shipped in Canada, one shipping method is offered, Canada Post Expedited Parcel (2-4 Business Days in Ontario up to 8 Business Days Nationally). 

Shipping to other countries will be stated in shipping option chosen.

All orders will be shipped no later than 2 business days* after order is received although we will make every effort to ship same day.

Once shipped we will send you a tracking number which will be automatically generated by Canada Post once your order is placed.
